Job summary

Egis, a global engineering and consulting firm, invites a Nuclear Project Manager to join the UK P3M CM team. The role focuses on delivering nuclear, water, environment, and defence projects across the UK, with strong governance, safety and client engagement requirements.

You will work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence, risk control, and compliant project execution while developing capabilities and pursuing chartered advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related subject.
• Experience delivering projects as a Project Manager.
• Understanding of NEC 4 forms of contract.
• Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing delivery.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and safety/environmental policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare initial strategy, scope, cost estimates, schedules and feasibility assessments.
• Embed safety in all activities and outputs.
• Lead in business case development, governance, tender documents and submissions reviews.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; engage stakeholders across all phases.
• Maintain schedule milestones and report progress to governance forums.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver outputs on time and within budget.
• Support contract administration, budgets, forecasts and cost planning.
• Ensure governance, safety standards and regulatory compliance are met.
