Job summary

Egis UK is seeking a forward-thinking Commercial Manager to join our expanding team delivering high‑value programmes across the Nuclear spectrum. This role offers the opportunity to drive commercial excellence, influence procurement strategies, and shape outcomes for critical UK assets.

Reporting to the Nuclear Commercial Lead, you will manage procurement, contract execution and post‑contract activities across multi‑workstream programmes, collaborating with clients, delivery teams and suppliers

Qualifications

• Qualified in a related subject such as QS or construction law.
• Chartered status or working towards.
• Strong commercial acumen and client-facing experience.
• Experience with NEC3/4 and contract management.
• Familiarity with CDM regulations and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic commercial delivery across multi-workstream programmes.
• Guide procurement strategy and contract preparation.
• Oversee contract development, execution and change control.
• Manage post-contract costs, valuations and final accounts.
• Develop relationships with clients and the supply chain.
