Job summary

Egis is seeking a Water and Environment Project Manager to lead capital programmes across the UK, delivering high-standard infrastructure aligned with client requirements.

You will manage contracts, budgets and multidisciplinary teams across sectors such as rail, nuclear and sustainable cities, with hybrid working and client exposure. The role supports growth within Egis's P3M CM UK, Ireland and Europe team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a numeric discipline (civil/engineering).
• Experience in Civil Infrastructure Engineering and UK site work.
• Working towards Membership of a chartered body (APM/MAPM) and CSCS Water Hygiene Card desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer NEC3/4 contracts (Options A, C & E) from the client side.
• Support budget control, forecasting, and defined cost planning.
• Collaborate with QS teams on monthly valuations and payment certificates.
• Assist in drafting contractual communications (EWNs, CE notifications, etc.).
• Conduct initial scope planning and feasibility assessments; prepare tender documentation and evaluate submissions.
• Monitor project progress, cash flow, and expenditure; manage change and final accounts.

Education

Bachelor's or master's Degree qualification in a numeric degree

Experience in Civil Infrastructure Engineering

Membership of a chartered body such as APM at MAPM
