Job summary

Egisgroup is seeking a Project Integration Manager to support a UK-wide modular reactor programme in the Nuclear sector. You will coordinate delivery across functions, manage interfaces and dependencies, and ensure timely escalation when issues arise.

You will support governance and reporting, maintain integration tools and registers, and work with stakeholders across project controls, procurement, design, and commercial teams to drive momentum and clarity.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating delivery across functions, contracts and workstreams.
• Strong governance, assurance, risk and issue management knowledge.
• Ability to identify, track and escalate dependencies and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support operation and improvement of the project integration capability.
• Manage integration workstreams, interfaces and dependencies across teams and contractors.
• Coordinate cross-boundary interfaces, actions and decisions with clear ownership.
• Maintain records of integration issues, risks and decisions for reporting.
• Prepare concise integration updates for governance forums and senior leadership.
