Job summary

Matchtech is seeking a Project / Framework Director to provide strategic leadership across complex nuclear projects and programmes in a highly regulated engineering environment. This permanent role offers the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary teams, deepen client relationships and support business growth.

You will ensure solutions meet objectives, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and drive continuous improvement while delivering on NEC4 governance and CD environment standards.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in project, programme or framework management within the nuclear sector.
• Proven track record of developing client relationships and securing new work.
• Strong commercial acumen, including NEC4 contracts and change/risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of complex nuclear projects and programmes.
• Lead client, delivery partner and stakeholder relationships as a senior adviser.
• Prepare commercial proposals, pricing submissions and cost estimates.
• Champion BIM and CD Environment and drive continuous improvement.
