Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Framework Director at Westlakes to lead the strategy, governance, and delivery of high-value framework agreements. You will drive the full framework lifecycle, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure disciplined execution across the organisation.

You will report to the Operations Director and be located at Westlakes, delivering value while upholding safety and regulatory standards in a nuclear environment.

Qualifications

• 10 years of leadership experience, ideally in a nuclear environment.
• Executive leadership in complex, multi-organisation environments.
• JV governance & partnership management.
• Board-level communication and reporting.
• Decision-making under ambiguity and scrutiny.
• Major programme leadership (capital projects / nuclear / infrastructure).
• Advanced programme controls (schedule, cost, risk, performance).
• Integration across multiple workstreams.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., nuclear, environmental, HSE).
• Governance, audit, and compliance leadership.
• Strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Leader of The Decommissioning Alliance (TDA), a tri-party JV.
• Full accountability for delivery of the TDA mission.
• Leader of TDA's Senior Management Team and conduit into TDA Board.
• Setting TDA's vision and strategy, driving interventions and inspiring a 250 strong workforce.
• Ensuring the Programme operates safely while delivering Value for Money.
• Managing relationships with senior client representatives.
• Representing TDA at the client enterprise level to protect brand.
• Evolving TDA to enable growth and address challenges across the enterprise.
