Job summary

Vulcain Engineering UK is seeking a Planner (MEH) to join our PMO division in Bridgwater. You will develop, integrate, and maintain detailed construction schedules across MEH disciplines, working closely with site teams and contractors on a major nuclear project.

This hands-on, hybrid role offers exposure to 4D/5D planning, lookaheads, and schedule performance tracking, with a culture that values collaboration, safety, and delivering low-carbon infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering or construction planning on large MEH packages.
• Nuclear or regulated heavy industry exposure preferred.
• Knowledge of EPC project environments and full lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and maintain detailed construction schedules in Primavera P6 across MEH.
• Coordinate 16-week lookaheads and 4D planning with site teams.
• Create logic-linked work plans aligned to WBS and construction techniques.
• Produce schedule reports and monitor progress against forecast.
• Support Trend & Change analysis and identify risks and opportunities.
