Job summary

We are Cavendish Nuclear, delivering a major UK infrastructure and nuclear programme at Hinkley Point C, near Bridgwater. The Lead Planning Manager will drive integrated schedules across MEH disciplines, aligning interfaces, constraints and delivery plans to ensure predictable project outcomes.

The role requires leading a multidisciplinary team, coordinating lookahead planning, and promoting collaboration and professional standards within a large-scale project environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in project controls, planning or programme controls.
• Proven experience coordinating complex multidisciplinary programmes.
• Strong Level 5 planning and lookahead expertise.

Responsibilities

• Leading the integration of Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC Level 5 schedules across the programme.
• Coordinating the development and review of discipline and area four-week lookahead plans.
• Managing the consolidation and maintenance of the overall 16-week lookahead schedule.
• Integrating engineering, materials, access, resource, construction, testing and commissioning requirements into delivery plans.
• Promoting collaborative planning, constructive challenge and professional standards to support successful programme delivery.
