The role focuses on delivering construction work packs, defining HVAC scopes, and ensuring compliance with project documentation, with strong emphasis on HSE leadership and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or HVAC trade qualifications with 5+ years of proven experience.
• Relevant professional accreditation (e.g., PM, Construction, Engineering).
• BPSS or higher security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate HVAC teams to deliver construction work packs.
• Define and manage HVAC work scopes, ensuring compliance with project documentation.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure compliance with review cycles.
• Provide HSE leadership, fostering a safe and compliant work environment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Deliver HVAC-focused Construction Work Packs (CWPs) to align with the project requirements.
• Support safe access to workfaces and compliance with authorization/permit systems.
• Enable required surveys and topographical work to facilitate HVAC construction activities.
