AtkinsRéalis UK Limited in Bristol seeks a Senior/Principal HVAC Engineer to lead ventilation and chilled water design on safety-critical nuclear projects. You will guide HVAC delivery from feasibility to commissioning, and mentor junior colleagues while collaborating with clients and multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires Chartered or Incorporated status, strong leadership, CFD experience, and knowledge of codes and interfaces with piping, civil and fire.

Qualificações

• Experience in HVAC engineering, ventilation and chilled water design in complex environments.
• Chartered or Incorporated status with a recognised institution.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in multi-disciplinary projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HVAC design across feasibility through commissioning lifecycle.
• Coordinate design teams including BIM modellers.
• Manage interfaces with piping, process, civil, structural, fire, electrical and C&I.
• Provide technical leadership, design reviews and risk management.
• Support bids, safety initiatives and value engineering.
• Mentor and develop early career engineers.
