Our Client is seeking an experienced HVAC Site Engineer to join a major nuclear project in Bridgwater. You will coordinate HVAC activities, acting as a bridge between design, manufacturing and installation teams to resolve site challenges and drive progress while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will review commissioning procedures, support RFIs and NCRs, and engage with contractors and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery on nationally significant infrastructure.

Qualifications

• HVAC systems knowledge within nuclear environments.
• Background in HVAC engineering, commissioning or project engineering.
• Experience with complex multi-disciplinary projects and site installation.

Responsibilities

This is an exciting staff opportunity for an experienced HVAC Site Engineer to work on a major nuclear project where engineering excellence, quality and safety are at the heart of delivery. You will act as a key link between design, manufacturing and installation teams, helping to resolve site challenges, drive progress and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate HVAC engineering activities across site and project teams.
• Assess site requests and provide effective technical solutions.

• Proven experience with HVAC systems within the nuclear industry.

• Strong understanding of site installation and construction activities.
• Knowledge of commissioning processes and testing methodologies.
• Ability to manage technical queries and non-conformances.
• Strong stakeholder communication and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of contractual and commercial principles.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
