Qualifications

• Extensive relevant engineering experience, supported by a post‑secondary qualification or specialist training in a related discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in the nuclear/radiation hardening of electronic equipment is essential.
• Strong understanding of resilient electronic system design for operation in demanding or mission‑critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk analysis, and supportability assessments across the full system lifecycle, including concept, design, fabrication, testing, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
• Translate customer and operational requirements into integrated system solutions that balance technical performance, schedule, and cost constraints through functional analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, interface definition, and timeline analysis.
• Lead technical activities, collaborate with senior engineers, customers, and technical authorities to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges.
