UK National Nuclear Laboratory (UKNNL) seeks an Electrical Technical Support professional to provide engineering support to the Infrastructure Compliance Engineering team, helping sustain reliability of plant, systems and equipment. You will assist in planning maintenance activities and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Joining a 4-day work pattern pilot for the Compliance Engineering Maintenance Team, you will deliver pragmatic, cost-effective solutions, support the Electrical Team

Qualifications

• Degree qualified (Electrical) or HND in a related discipline; experience may substitute.
• Strong communication skills with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Able to make conservative decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop pragmatic engineering solutions that meet cost/objectives.
• Support maintenance by implementing the technical basis of maintenance and plan complex tasks.
• Ensure safe operation of the facility and that tasks are clearly briefed and understood.
