AECOM Infrastructure and Environment UK Limited is seeking a Business Development Director for the Nuclear sector in the UK. You will lead strategic relationships, shape the pipeline, and coordinate with CAMs and regional teams to drive NSR growth across the UK market.

Reporting to the UK Head of Nuclear, you’ll guide capture management, align sectors with broader business lines, and deliver high-margin propositions while building trusted partnerships with key clients.

Qualifikationen

• Proven success leading business development in consultancy or professional services, within the Nuclear sector.
• Strong knowledge of nuclear sector clients and supply chain.
• Ability to build high-value client and partner relationships at senior levels.
• Strategic thinker who translates vision into practical action plans.

Aufgaben

• Develop and build deep relationships with key clients in the sector, with CAMs and Regional Sector Leads.
• Coordinate with CAMs to align priorities and convert opportunities for UK year-on-year NSR growth.
• Maintain strategic client relationships and foster collaboration across lines.
• Act as Capture Manager for strategic opportunities where appropriate.
• Share client intel to inform decision-making and pursuit planning.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on UK pipeline and market developments.
