Job summary

FIND | Creating Futures is seeking an experienced trainer to lead the Nuclear Trainer & Skills Coach role in Oxford. Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-Skilled) is required.
• Strong hands-on background in industry.
• Experience working in a structured, safety-critical or regulated environment.
• Natural ability to coach, mentor or support others (formal or informal experience is fine).
• Willingness to work towards: Assessor qualification (A1 / CAVA or equivalent); Teaching qualification (if not already held).

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support Level 2 and Level 3 Engineering apprentices across electrical principles, mechanical systems, and safe systems of work.
• Assess competence and track progress against apprenticeship standards.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in all training activities.
