EDF Energy invites you to join an Engineering Industrial Placement on-site at Morecambe, with Heysham 1 or 2. This 12-month placement lets you gain hands-on engineering experience while contributing to safety and operations in the energy sector.

You will work within the Engineering Department, applying your degree knowledge, supported by mentors, to real projects and learn the roles involved in maintaining a nuclear site.

Qualifications

• Must be on track to achieve a bachelor's degree (2:2 or higher) in Engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work within the Engineering Department at Heysham 1 or 2.
• Contribute to projects that support operations and safety.
• Apply academic theory to real industrial contexts and learn from mentors.
