Job summary

Vulcain Engineering UK is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to support the commercial delivery of major contracts on the Hinkley Point C programme. The role requires robust commercial governance, contract administration, cost control and risk management across high-value contracts within a heavily regulated nuclear environment.

Qualifications

• Significant Commercial Management experience in Nuclear, Energy, Utilities or major construction.
• Strong knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 and FIDIC contracts.
• Experience managing high-value EPC contracts and risk/change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management of major contracts through the project lifecycle.
• Administer contracts under NEC3/NEC4 and FIDIC forms.
• Provide strategic commercial advice to project leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage compensation events, variations, claims and change control.
