The Role – Nuclear 360 Recruitment Consultant

We’re looking for ambitious professionals to join our team. As a Nuclear 360 Consultant, you'll handle business development and candidate placement in the nuclear sector.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading a new division focused on nuclear.
  • Driving new business via outbound sales and relationship building.
  • Meeting clients at sites and headquarters.
  • Attending industry events to expand your network.
  • Exceeding revenue and placement targets.
  • Generating leads through research, sourcing, and cold calling.
  • Collaborating with the Delivery Team to find top talent.
  • Negotiating salaries and contracts.
  • Owning your market and potentially leading a team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in nuclear energy recruitment, sales, or business development.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, resilient.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Education to A-Level or degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Outgoing personality.
