The Role – Nuclear 360 Recruitment Consultant

We seek ambitious professionals to join our team. As a Nuclear 360 Consultant, you'll lead business development and candidate placement, managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-growing sector.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading a new division focused on nuclear energy.
  • Driving business through outbound sales and relationship management.
  • Meeting clients on-site and at headquarters to build partnerships.
  • Attending industry events to expand your network.
  • Exceeding revenue and placement targets.
  • Generating leads via market research, sourcing, and cold calling.
  • Collaborating with the Delivery Team to identify top talent.
  • Negotiating salaries and contracts to close deals.
  • Owning your market and potentially leading a team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience in nuclear energy recruitment, sales, or business development.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Resilient and adaptable in a high-performance environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Education to A-Level or degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
