The diversity is such that the range is from acute admissions requiring high dependency nursing care to self-caring individuals.

The successful candidate will be hard working, have excellent organisational, communication, leadership and team working skills.

Extensive post registration experience in the acute setting is essential.

Previous experience as Band 6 is highly desirable. The candidate must be flexible and adaptable in their approach to work, demonstrate a commitment to their own and the teams continuing professional development and the delivery of high quality person centred, safe and effective care.
