Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Reinstatement Manager to oversee quality across our capital delivery projects. You will lead live quality audits, safety checks, and post-inspection reviews to ensure compliance with NRSWA, SROH and all regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with delivery teams, highway authorities and inspectors to drive continuous improvement, manage defects and provide trend reporting.

Qualifications

• NRSWA Supervisor accreditation (essential)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Relevant HSEQ or construction qualifications (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Conduct live quality audits of reinstatement works across active sites
• Carry out site safety audits to ensure adherence to HSEQ standards
• Complete post-reinstatement inspections to assess quality and identify defects
• Monitor and review Street Manager reports, identifying and escalating new defects
• Ensure full compliance with quality standards, including NRSWA and SROH requirements
• Undertake joint site walks with Highway Inspectors, addressing any concerns promptly
• Manage and track outstanding defects, ensuring timely resolution and closure
• Provide detailed reporting on reinstatement performance, risks, and trends
• Work collaboratively with project teams to drive continuous improvement in reinstatement practices
• Support pre-construction planning by identifying risks and advising on best practice
