The Royal College of Physicians in Liverpool is recruiting an NRAP Programme Coordinator to support the National Respiratory Audit Programme and ensure successful delivery of the adult asthma and children and young people asthma workstreams.

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating activities for complex programmes with external customers and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, with ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Access, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of coordinating meetings/workshops, planning and minute-taking.
  • Experience using media (including social platforms) to communicate with varied audiences.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail; passion for improving healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings and events through detailed planning and note-taking.
  • Manage programme communications including newsletters and stakeholder updates.
  • Maintain relationships with clinical teams and external sites; address underperforming sites.
  • Support data checking and cleaning with analysts and webtool developers.
  • Assist in producing audit materials, reports and liaise with design and communications teams.
  • Independently manage sub-projects as directed by the project management team.
