We also advise prestigious corporate clients, either through insurance work or directly.We act for a large number of insurers, many of whom are household names, dealing with Defendant Employer’s Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL) matters.We offer a hybrid working pattern and are flexible on office attendance based on candidate location.ResponsibilitiesTo handle a mixed caseload of defendant fast-tack and multi-track claims, in Employer’s Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), in addition to assisting senior team members (Partner and Senior Associate) on high value complex cases.Advising clients, including insurers and corporate clients, on liability, quantum, and litigation strategy.Drafting documents, preparing for court, and engaging in settlement negotiations.Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.Staying updated on legal developments in catastrophic injury and insurance law.What will help you succeed in this role?
