Edwards Legal Recruitment LP represents a modern and expanding central Hove solicitors practice seeking a NQ+ Property Litigation/L&T Solicitor. The role offers hybrid working with a generous starting salary and a supportive team.

You will handle possession claims, evictions, lease disputes, rent and service charge issues, debt recovery, and dilapidations for landlords and tenants, with opportunities for LVT drafting experience.

Formación

• NQ-5yr PQE Solicitors with LT experience.
• Experience handling both residential & commercial LT matters for landlords & tenants.

NQ+ Property Litigation/L&T Solicitor required for modern and expanding central Hove Solicitors practice - Hybrid Working.

Candidates will be NQ-5yr PQE Solicitors with experience dealing with a mix of both residential & commercial L&T matters acting for both Landlords & Tenants.

You will be dealing withpossession claims, evictions, lease disputes, rent/service charge, debt recovery and dilapidation cases. Any additional experience with LVT matters or drafting leases would be an added advantage.

Working closely alongside the firms head of department, the successful individual will be supported by a dedicated team and be exposed to a variety of good quality property work.

This role also offers a generous starting salary, a whole host of staff benefits (details on request) and home/remote working 2 days per week.

Trainee/NQ Solicitors with experience in Litigation also considered

Full-time and part-time candidates will be considered.
