Job summary

Errington Legal in Cambridge is seeking an NQ+ Property Litigation Solicitor to join a busy, collaborative team on a hybrid-working basis. You will handle a broad mix of contentious property matters for private individuals, landlords, tenants, and organisations.

You will run your own matters, assist partners, advise on covenants, nuisance and trespass, and support transactional colleagues on tricky property issues.

Qualifications

• NQ to 4 years PQE in Property Litigation with a focus on contentious matters.
• Ability to manage a broad range of clients and relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and practical legal judgment.
• Experience handling covenants, nuisance and trespass matters.

Responsibilities

• Deal with a broad range of clients including private individuals, landlords, tenants and larger organisations in contentious property matters.
• Run own matters and assist senior associates and partners.
• Advise transactional colleagues on difficult property issues.
• Interpret and enforce restrictive covenants.
• Advise on private nuisance and trespass.
