Errington Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking a NQ–4 PQE Property Litigation Solicitor for a busy Cambridge team with hybrid working. You will handle contentious property matters across commercial, residential and agricultural land, working with private individuals, landlords and organisations.

You will run your own matters while supporting senior colleagues, advising on complex property issues and nuisance/trespass disputes.

Qualificações

• NQ to 4 years PQE in Property Litigation.
• Ability to handle a broad range of clients including individuals, landlords and organisations.
• Excellent client relationship skills and strong commercial acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a broad range of contentious property matters for commercial, residential and agricultural land.
• Run own matters and assist senior associates and partners with cases.
• Advise transactional colleagues on complex property issues.
• Interpret and advise on the enforceability of restrictive covenants.
• Advise on private nuisance and trespass.
