Job summary

Industrial Connected Talent is seeking an NPI Project Manager near Woking, Surrey to lead new product introductions from concept through production launch. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, purchasing and quality teams to deliver on time, within budget and to spec, in a full-time, office-based role.

The role offers a salary up to £50,000 plus a production bonus, with 24 days leave, pension, private medical, health cash plan, life assurance and additional benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing engineering, manufacturing or new product development projects.
• Highly organized, commercially aware and able to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders within a technical environment.
• Experience using Wrike, MS Project or similar.
• Understanding of ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing documentation.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own an established project portfolio and manage milestones, resources, risks.
• Coordinate product development, prototype builds with engineering and manufacturing.
• Plan and manage NPI projects from concept to production launch.
• Develop schedules, milestones, budgets and resource plans.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality and suppliers.
• Manage stage-gate reviews and reporting.
• Maintain project documentation and progress using project management systems.
