Job summary

Industrial Connected Talent is seeking an NPI Project Manager for a Send-based role near Woking, Surrey. You will manage new product introductions from concept through production release, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, purchasing and quality teams to ensure timely, on-budget launches.

The position is permanent, full-time and office-based, with hours 8:00am–4:30pm and flexible start/finish times. Salary up to £50,000 DOE plus production bonus, plus standard benefits.

Introduction for NPI Project Manager

Industrial Connected Talent is supporting an established engineering and manufacturing technology business in the search for a New Product Introduction (NPI) Project Manager.

This role focuses on managing new product development projects from initial concept through to manufacturing release and production launch. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, purchasing and quality teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required technical standards.

Responsibilities for NPI Project Manager

As NPI Project Manager, you will take ownership of an established project portfolio, managing milestones, resources, risks and delivery schedules. You will work closely with engineering leadership and internal departments to coordinate product development, prototype builds and successful new product introductions.
