Job summary

Industrial Connected Talent is seeking an NPI Project Manager for a Send-based role near Woking, Surrey. You will manage new product introductions from concept through production release, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, purchasing and quality teams to ensure timely, on-budget launches.

The position is permanent, full-time and office-based, with hours 8:00am–4:30pm and flexible start/finish times. Salary up to £50,000 DOE plus production bonus, plus standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading NPI or product development projects.
• Ability to coordinate engineering, manufacturing, purchasing and quality teams.
• Strong planning, scheduling and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage NPI projects from concept to production launch.
• Develop schedules, milestones, budgets and resource plans.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality and external suppliers.
• Manage risks, dependencies and stage-gate reviews.
• Oversee prototype builds, testing and manufacturing readiness.
• Maintain project documentation and progress updates.
