ADEY, part of Genuit Group, is seeking a Project Manager to lead new product introduction projects from initiation to completion. You will drive on-time delivery within scope and budget, coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning outcomes with ADEY and Genuit goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced expanding company.
• Experience in a matrix organisation.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
• Proficient use of PM tools (MS Project, Jira, MS 365).

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI projects from initiation to completion.
• Define scope, objectives and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and resources.
• Manage risks, issues and mitigations.
• Communicate progress with leadership and teams.
• Ensure compliance with ADEY project methodologies.
