Job summary

Nexperia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex R&D, study, and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects across multiple sites and functions. You will drive strategic initiatives, ensure delivery on time and within budget, and collaborate with stakeholders across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, purchasing, legal, IT, and leadership teams.

Develop project plans, manage risks, monitor progress, and report to sponsors and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, PM, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience leading multiple complex projects.
• Proven experience in large-scale technical or business projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
• Fluent English communication.
• Experience in semiconductor/high-tech industries.
• Experience in international and matrix organizations.
• Knowledge of NPI, product development, or R&D project environments.
• Experience managing external suppliers or partners.
• Familiarity with CAPEX and business case development.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects within strategic programs ensuring business benefits.
• Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and governance frameworks.
• Identify and mitigate risks; manage issues and changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, operations, test, quality, supply chain, purchasing, and external partners.
• Provide regular updates to sponsors and senior stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of PM methodologies and governance.
• Share lessons learned to strengthen PM capability across the organization.
