Job summary

Edwards Vacuum is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead definition, development, and execution of robust plans. You will manage schedules, budgets and deliverables within PCP guidelines, coordinating across Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing to drive successful product introductions.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a Project management/Engineering/Science discipline; Project management qualification desirable.
• Demonstrate Project management experience in engineering/electronics/product development.
• Ability to plan and deliver projects to scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
• Ability to prioritise multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with resource allocation, budgets, and schedules.
• Steer NPI and technology projects through PCP Gate 6.
• Track KPIs, report progress, manage risks, issues, and changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations and Manufacturing.
• Ensure resources and skills match tasks; address constraints promptly.
• Maintain governance, documentation, and continuous improvement.
