Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Industrial or Electronics Engineering is required.
• 5–7 years in engineering or operations, including PM and NPI.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects with production readiness focus.
• Deep knowledge of NPI, manufacturing ops, supply chain, and supplier management.
• Experience with contract manufacturers and third‑party production.
• Proficiency with PLM, ERP, and MS Office.
• Ideal candidate should communicate effectively and manage global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects across the entire product lifecycle, from NPI to production.
• Coordinate efforts with global R&D, Engineering, Operations, and external suppliers.
• Manage project timelines, scope, budgets, risks, and quality standards.
• Oversee documentation control, BOM revisions, engineering changes, and production processes.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers, OEMs, and suppliers to ensure operational excellence.
• Contribute to engineering change management, lifecycle support, and process improvements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
