Job summary

AVD Appoint Ltd is recruiting a Project Manager to drive NPI/NPD programmes for a cutting-edge technology company in Glamorgan. You will lead multiple electro-mechanical development projects from concept through prototype to production, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality.

The role requires prior PM/Programme experience with NPI/NPD and a track record of cross‑functional liaison across engineering, quality, and manufacturing.

Qualifications

Essential: Previous experience as Project Manager, Programme Manager, Project Engineer or similar.
Essential: Experience with NPI/NPD (new product introduction or development).

Responsibilities

Manage multiple complex electro-mechanical product development projects from concept to production.
Liaise with multidisciplinary departments to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery at required quality.
