AVD Appoint Ltd in Glamorgan is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple Electro-Mechanical product development projects from concept through prototype to production, focusing on NPI/NPD processes. You will coordinate across engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery, budget control and quality targets.

The role offers a salary up to £50,000 plus relocation benefits and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Experience as Project Manager, Programme Manager, Project Engineer or similar.
Experience with NPI/NPD (new product introduction/development).
Knowledge of regulated standards and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple complex Electro-Mechanical development projects from concept to production.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary departments to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and required quality.
Lead NPI/NPD processes and gate reviews across engineering, manufacturing and procurement.
