AVD Appoint is seeking a Project Manager to lead NPI/NPD programs for a Glamorgan-based technology company.

You will manage multiple complex electro-mechanical product development projects from concept to production, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and quality, and you will liaise with multidisciplinary teams across engineering and manufacturing.

The role offers relocation assistance and benefits, with a salary of up to £50,000. This is a permanent, on-site position in Glamorgan.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing NPI/NPD projects.
• Experience as a Project Manager, Programme Manager, or Project Engineer.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of regulated standards is desirable.
