Job summary

Plymouth-based manufacturing organisation is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams from concept through launch. You will drive NPI plans, timelines and resource needs, while managing risks, changes and stakeholder communications.

The role requires a strong engineering/PM background in manufacturing, excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or similar.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new products on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop NPI plans, timelines and resource needs; drive governance and risk management.
• Coordinate prototypes, testing, validation and pilot builds; manage scope and cost changes.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
