Job summary

Siemens Energy in Lincoln is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to lead the introduction of new products, processes, and tooling into operations. You will coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and external partners to deliver projects safely, on time, to quality and within budget.

This hands-on role combines manufacturing knowledge with strong organisation, stakeholder management and problem‑solving to turn engineering requirements into practical manufacturing

Qualifications

• HNC, degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience managing projects and delivering change in manufacturing/engineering environments.
• Experience managing budgets, costs, schedules, risks and delivery commitments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of industrial turbomachinery advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium manufacturing projects including new product introduction and capital equipment.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Assembly and Test, Product Management and external suppliers to deliver objectives.
• Develop and maintain robust project plans, milestones, risks and on-time delivery with proper escalation.
• Manage project costs and annual budgets up to €1 million.
• Act as primary project contact for internal and external customers, leading meetings and negotiating requirements.
• Deliver new products and improvements through the Product Development Process coordinating suppliers and internal functions.
