Job summary

Artifex Interior Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead new product introductions from quotation to launch. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, commercial teams and external suppliers to ensure manufacturing processes, equipment and production systems are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineer with relevant experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing engineering role in a first-tier automotive supplier with JIT.
• Proven track record delivering new product launches, lean and Six Sigma experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple new product launches with plans aligned to milestones.
• Coordinate tooling, equipment suppliers, and production trials.
• Develop PFMEAs, control plans, and work instructions for production.
• Support design-for-manufacture and accurate costings; drive cost-saving opportunities.
