We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to work within the Manufacturing Engineering Team. Supporting all operations areas of the Titchfield site. Providing day to day support to the production areas in achieving production schedule, product quality, product cost, and employee safety goals.
We are seeking a highly skilled NPI (New Product Introduction) Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer to lead the industrialisation of new aerospace products from concept through production readiness. This role is responsible for ensuring that new designs are manufacturable, cost effective, robust, and compliant with aerospace quality standards. You will collaborate closely with design engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality to deliver smooth product launches that meet programme cost, schedule, and performance goals.
