Job summary
GE Aviation's Dowty propeller facility in Gloucestershire is seeking a manufacturing design and planning engineer to join the onsite team. You will support planning and definition of complex manufacturing projects, translating requirements into clear plans, layouts, and delivery packages, coordinating facilities, equipment, and manufacturing capability with project milestones and standards.

Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing engineering
- Experience in process planning and industrialisation
- Experience in design coordination and facility planning
- Ability to translate requirements into planning outputs
Responsibilities
- Translate stakeholder needs into structured plans and requirement packages.
- Coordinate with process engineering to deliver practical project outputs.
- Develop scopes of work and planning information for teams and suppliers.
- Coordinate layout, facility, equipment, and utility needs.
- Maintain documentation and traceability of assumptions and revisions.
- Track dependencies, risks, and delivery impacts; provide updates.
