Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking an Operations Program Manager to join our Projects team at Wolverhampton on a six-month contract.

The role focuses on delivering hardware for major NPI/EIS programs with strong cross-functional integration and leadership across PM, Eng, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. Accountability includes managing delivery plans, reducing blockers, and ensuring manufacturing readiness while coordinating with site leadership and other global teams.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in program/project management, engineering, product engineering, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, quality engineering, or operations.
Demonstrated experience in applying lean principles to projects.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a delivery plan for hardware quality and on-time delivery.
Lead cross-functional hardware delivery meetings with PM, Contracts, Eng, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Planning, Ops.
Record progress and summarize status for leadership.
Coordinate resolution of blockers and escalate as needed to program office and site management.
Ensure production maturity activities are conducted and address gaps in manufacturing readiness.
Oversee procurement of capital equipment and manage government property documentation.
Drive improvements to processes, tools, and visual workflows for hardware readiness.
Plan introduction of new work areas to support NPI and development.
Collaborate with Product Engineers to ensure stable build processes and TAKT time analyses.
