Job summary

Moog UK is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to drive aerospace projects from design through production. You will coordinate across design, systems, quality, and supply chain, including Qingan, and align requirements and verification activities.

The role requires 5+ years in aerospace or precision manufacturing, strong NPI knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication. Travel to UK/US/Asia may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with strong exposure to aerospace manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years in aerospace or precision manufacturing and project engineering.
• Experience leading technical meetings and producing structured technical reports.
• Knowledge of NPI and configuration-controlled development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects from design to production and delivery.
• Track progress against schedule, cost, milestones, and risk.
• Provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Interface between Moog teams and suppliers, including Qingan.
• Support supplier design reviews and verification activities.
• Plan and lead supplier technical reviews (PDR/CDR).
• Maintain SOWs and SCDs, and ensure change control.
• Support transition to production and ensure manufacturability.
