Job summary

Moog UK is seeking a Division IPT Lead to drive engineering execution across a full product lifecycle. You will balance customer needs with Moog's scope, coordinating Design, Product Support, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure successful NPI and production ramp-up.

The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to engage stakeholders across a multicultural, geographically dispersed environment in a hybrid setup at Tewkesbury, GBR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Advanced (graduate) degree in Engineering or Business is a plus.
• Experience leading teams in multicultural, geographically dispersed settings.
• Proven problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the IPT Engineering team across functions to deliver engineering execution.
• Balance customer satisfaction with contracted scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with Design, Product Support, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure scope alignment.
• Drive lifecycle support from NPI through production ramp-up and sustained operations.
