Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing environment is essential.
• Exposure to Technical, NPD, or Process roles is welcome.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards is required.
• Good planning, organisation and ability to manage multiple trials.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and lead factory trials for new products.
• Take concepts through scale‑up into production.
• Identify manufacturing challenges and provide practical solutions.
• Produce trial reports and maintain product files.
• Support product testing including microbiological and chemical tests.
• Establish cooking and baking processes for new products.
• Assist with pre-production and first production runs to ensure a smooth launch.
