Job summary

The Compleat Food Group is seeking an experienced Product and Process Development Manager to join our NPD team in Ebbw Vale. You will lead development from concept to launch, ensuring launch processes are followed and that quality targets are met, while aligning with commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development from concept to launch with strict process adherence.
• Deliver customer briefs and innovation pipelines to meet KPIs.
• Grow and maintain customer relationships.
• Manage end-to-end development at site level.
• Understand soups, dips and sauces category processes and kit.
• Collaborate with insight and category teams; monitor market trends.
• Oversee projects and handover/launch at site; manage trials.
• Support delivery of the site NPD budget and line management.
