Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking an NPD Project Manager based in Wiltshire. The successful candidate will coordinate product development from concept to launch, require at least 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, and possess a degree in Food Science. The salary is £50,000, with benefits like a 6% pension contribution and 25 days annual leave. This is a site-based role with Monday to Friday working hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a similar NPD role within food manufacturing.
• Proven record of project management.
• Ability to lead and deliver multiple projects in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development from concept to final launch.
• Develop recipes and products through hands-on work.
• Manage end-to-end artwork development internally and externally.
