Job summary

Bare Biology Ltd is seeking an NPD Manager to drive new product development from concept to launch. You will own the pipeline, develop formulations, oversee stability testing and work with production, marketing and external experts to bring ideas to market.

In this hands-on role, you’ll refine existing products, seek cost efficiencies, and ensure all claims meet UK/EU regs. Reporting to Head of Operations, you’ll shape strategy and partner across teams to scale growth.

Qualifications

• Background in nutrition, food science, biology or related science.
• 2+ years in NPD/production/operations, preferably in food or supplements.
• Track record from concept to launch with cost awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline for new products across the range and shape strategy.
• Develop formulations, lead stability testing and build evidence.
• Coordinate with production, procurement and marketing on launches.
• Maintain records and ensure timelines, packaging and objectives.
• Balance quality with commercial viability and regulatory compliance.
