Embed Talent is seeking an experienced New Product Development (NPD) Manager to lead the creation and launch of food supplement lines in the health and wellness sector. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, sourcing, and bringing commercially successful products to market.

The ideal candidate will combine strong supplement product knowledge with supplier management, pricing strategy and a good understanding of the Amazon marketplace, while ensuring compliance with UK/EU regulations.

Formación

• Experience in NPD, sourcing or management within the food supplements industry.
• Experience launching vitamins/minerals/herbal supplements.
• Knowledge of UK/EU food supplement regulations and health claims.
• Strong commercial awareness, margins and pricing.
• Experience with manufacturers and suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and research new product opportunities within the food supplements and health and wellness markets.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research and Amazon product research to identify commercially attractive opportunities.
• Develop new supplement products and ranges from initial concept through to supplier quotation, sampling and launch.
• Prepare detailed product briefs covering formulations, ingredients, formats, pricing, margins and consumer propositions.
• Work directly with supplement manufacturers to obtain quotations, compare specifications and negotiate pricing and MOQs.
• Manage product samples and evaluate potential products against quality, cost and commercial requirements.
• Analyse Amazon sales trends, competitor listings, customer reviews and market demand to identify product gaps.
• Present new product proposals and commercial recommendations to senior management for approval.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support successful product launches.
• Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
