Job summary

D R Newitt Recruitment is seeking a driven NPD Senior Manager to own the development of new health and wellness supplements from concept to launch. You will collaborate with top brands, shape product concepts, and influence strategy across manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams.

You'll lead innovation initiatives, identify trends, and build a roadmap for future categories with strong customer relationships. Hybrid working and a generous package are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in sports nutrition, supplements, functional foods or health and wellness products.
• Proven NPD, formulation or technical product development experience.
• Commercially minded with excellent customer relationship skills.
• Passionate about innovation and bringing market-leading products to life.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer NPD projects from concept to commercial launch.
• Develop innovative Health and Wellness supplements.
• Advise on formulations, ingredients, flavours and product concepts for leading brands.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Commercial and Operations to deliver projects successfully.
• Drive innovation, identify emerging trends and shape future product categories.
